01About these terms

These terms apply to the website at www.onboardforce.com and to the OnBoard Force application (“the app”), both operated by OnBoard Logistics. By using the website or the app you agree to them.

02Who may use the app

The app is for authorised OnBoard Logistics staff. Accounts are created by an administrator and are personal: keep your password secret, don't share your account, and tell your manager or administrator straight away if you think someone else has used it. Access may be changed or withdrawn at any time, including when you leave OnBoard Logistics.

Customers may use the quote links they are sent to view and respond to their own quotes. A quote link is meant for its recipient; please don't publish it.

03Acceptable use

• Only access information you are authorised to see, and only for your work.
• Don't try to get around access controls, or probe, scan or test the security of the service other than as described on our Security page.
• Don't interfere with, overload or disrupt the website or the app, and don't upload malicious code.
• Don't copy or export customer, pricing or shipment data except as your work needs and OnBoard Logistics policies allow.
• AI-assisted features can make mistakes: check what they produce before you rely on it or send it to a customer.

04Confidentiality

Information in the app — including customer, pricing, shipment and financial information — is confidential business information of OnBoard Logistics and its customers. Treat it accordingly.

05Quotes

A quote shown through the app is subject to the validity, conditions and terms stated on the quote itself. Accepting a quote online records your acceptance as described in our Privacy notice. Freight services are provided under the agreements and trading conditions of the OnBoard Logistics company providing them.

06Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the website and the app available and accurate, but they are provided “as is” and features may change. Shipment status and figures that come from other systems can be delayed or incomplete — check important details before acting on them.

07Names and content

The OnBoard Force and OnBoard Logistics names and logos, and the website and app themselves, belong to OnBoard Logistics. These terms don't give you any right to use them other than to use the app as intended.

08Liability

To the extent the law allows, OnBoard Logistics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law that applies to your relationship with the OnBoard Logistics company you work for or deal with.
